Shipping Policy

1. General Information

At The Fair, we deliver across all regions of Lebanon. Each delivery is carefully coordinated to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Because our furniture is made-to-order and handled with care, shipping arrangements are planned to match the nature of each item and location.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary based on your delivery location, order size, and item type (e.g., assembled furniture, accessories, or special installations).
All shipping fees are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled.

Before confirming your order, our team will inform you of the applicable delivery charge and ensure you agree to it.


3. Delivery Timeline

Production orders are typically ready within 15 to 25 working days, depending on the materials and level of customization.
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date that suits you. While we always aim for punctuality, please note that occasional delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, logistics, or supplier schedules.


4. Delivery Conditions

  • Our delivery team will place the furniture in your desired area, as long as it is easily accessible (through normal building entrances, elevators, or stairways).

  • If a crane or lifting service is required, the client must arrange and cover the cost in advance.

  • Our team ensures that all items are checked and approved by you before leaving your premises on the day of delivery.

  • The Fair is not responsible for any damages or adjustments requested after delivery completion and approval.


5. Customer Responsibility

We encourage clients to measure their spaces accurately and confirm all specifications before finalizing their orders.
Aesthetic or dimensional mismatches after production or delivery are the client’s responsibility, and no exchange or return will be accepted on this basis.

Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At The Fair, each product is made with care, precision, and a commitment to reflect your personal style and needs. Every piece is crafted to order, ensuring it meets your specific preferences in design, size, and materials. Because of this personalized process, we take every step to confirm all details before production and to guarantee your satisfaction upon delivery.


2. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges.
Each product is manufactured exclusively for you, based on the specifications and design you have approved. Before production begins, our team reviews all details: including dimensions, colors, fabrics, and finishes to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

On the day of delivery, our team ensures you have the opportunity to inspect and approve your items in person before they leave your premises.

In the rare case where our team determines that an item has been delivered damaged or is inconsistent with the confirmed order, The Fair reserves the right to take back the product and re-deliver a new or corrected item that meets the agreed-upon standards.

We strictly stand by the above policy.
No exchanges or returns are accepted if a client later changes their opinion, decides the item does not fit their space, or prefers a different model, color, or configuration after delivery.


3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made.
Before proceeding with any order, our team confirms every detail with you to ensure full clarity and satisfaction.

However, in the event that you wish to cancel your order:

  • If cancellation occurs within the first five (3) days after placing your order, the amount paid will remain as a credit balance under your name. This balance may be used for future purchases or transferred to a family member or friend.

  • If cancellation occurs after five (3) days, it means production is already underway or materials have been secured specifically for your order. In this case, no refund or credit can be issued.

We aim to make every step of your experience transparent, smooth, and satisfying. Our team is here to guide you through material selection, measurements, and design confirmation to ensure your furniture is exactly what you envisioned.
By confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies, which are in place to maintain fairness, clarity, and the quality standards we proudly uphold.
